Where would the computer industry be today if it focused on selling computers only to people who already had computers? I think you'll readily agree it wouldn't be. The shopkeeper may pay the rent, but those shelves belong to the customers. So I say, sell the customer, not the shopkeeper. It is our job to deliver the tea. The tea will do the rest. And this is an extremely important point. If you could build something that is interesting to them, then you have a path to success.
