When i was 19 or 20, i learned about d c like style body building. And there's nutrition recommendations that go along with it. One of the corner stones of nutrition advice in that community is to eat 4, 500 grams of protein per day. So i tried, like, tracking everything, and i was averaging something north of 400 grams of protein for like two weeks. Then i just said, fuck that. I'm not going to do this any more. In college as well, like, i had a meal plan im but like, the cafeteria didn't have many, like, good, relatively low calory, high protein options.
