Is It Hard for Some People, Ya?
i think this is really one of the keys, in my mind, of curiosity, is this willingness to admit that you don't know everything yet. As a leader, it's particularly difficult because you want to strike the balance between a ha and having that humility. It's not about you havinge answers. It's about you supporting and empowering other people. But always feeling you have to struck the balance between that and am and the sense that you're leading as well.
