I Need a Little Break, I Need to Take a Break

Life is tricky with teenagers. A number of parents of adolescents say, you know, their suggestion that perhaps their child needs to take a pause or they both needs to takes a pause is met with absolute hell on earth. What I think you should do as a parent is put on yourself. And then again, in a calm moment to revisit the pattern of this kind of conversation and reaffirm that you will either of you can call for help.
