I would say like everything it's pretty nuanced, right? Because some people like, there are people that need to be very restrictive. And perhaps that's the type of person that may not benefit as much from implementing a diet break. I'd say for most people, obviously who are overweight or obese and are focusing on habit and behavior change,. I do think it's important to continue to practice those behaviors even if you're on a diet breaks.
