Novelty and Relativability in Business
We like protagonistin characters that we can see ourselves in, or environments that we can relate to. Hum and the next key is fluency. We tend to conflate using big words and complex sentences, with being sophisticated. So you want to keep things very fluent, easy to understand in video or film. And the last is tension. aristotle said that the key to story telling is for a character to establish what could be. Close that gap and then open it back up until your climax.
