I'm constantly reminding myself to just take a breath to pause because it's almost like compensating for the fact that our brains are on fast forward mode. This is why I literally just do some silent tapping. Just five minutes, two minutes of just tapping, calming, regulating, really does help. But even if it's just two or three breaths, literally in the car, before I get out the car to get into the house, just that alone, that reset button. So yeah, there's so much there.
