Dinner is always protein and a lot of vegetables that second got my own break is just a tough one sometimes I kind of like to wait until I'm hungry to do that break sometimes breakfast dinner one tiny little you know kimchi and a piece of fruit isn't a massive. The rest of the year I hang out with my grandkids I take them to amusement parks I hang out my friends Monday night I go to trivia Sundays this time of year and watch football on Saturdays.
