Inattention is the only correlate of procrastination, according to a recent study. The reason we procrastinate isn't because we're inattentive or impulsive; it's because we wanna feel good now. If you have ADHD, perhaps you are not destined to procrastinate but may have a propensity to do so more impulsively. But all of us have the same basic desire to feel good now and that's probably the most important thing I'm saying today.
