The Challenges in the Research Design Industry?
Service now's experience organization, which I'm part of, it's research design product content. Before that we were really an engineering led company. And so this idea of putting the humor human at the center of everything that we do was not just new for our organization, it was new for the company. It takes some time to get buy in cross-organize it stationally to understand the value of this new way of working. Right. Our biggest challenge is just the pace of everything that they do. right.
