"I was a little worried at the time about micro nutrition and vitamins and minerals," she says. "Not having any fruits, that's the no sugar part. I couldn't take them." In 2020 he was diagnosed with genetic stage-3 colon cancer. Using a 21-day fast, a strict ketogenic diet, cold exposure, sun exposure, breathing, meditation, supplements and only 3 sessions of chemotherapy, he won his fight in only 4 months.
Today, at age 50, Fred feels better, healthier and stronger than he did a 35.
