Do You Use Kettle Bells to Help You Get in Different Positions?

I use kettle bells to help me get in these positions. We've seen olympic lifters do that. What you're doing, i think, just has a tremendous benefit from the metabolism standpoint. The whole body's worked almost every single time, almost o every exercise. And if i'm training up er body I don't believe in my loom being stagnant and dead. That's why not involve like this? It gets everything working together. Because if i just stand here and do a press,  instead of getting that full body work instead of standing there and doing a press,. it doesn't feel as good.
