Why Are People Protesting Bluebottle?
I'm not very good at calling it in. If we started this company with the idea of just selling it thegeel, i probably wouldn't even come to work. You hear these stories of neley taking over water sources in third world countries and then selling back bottled water to the people that live there for ridiculously elevated prices. And do i want to participate in that culture? I think that's why people are protessing. We felt that we've bought in to this brand that is bluebottle for this many years, and it made us feel like this. It had a certain culture associated with it.
