Is Scaling the Workout for Tom Brady?
The word scaling should be removed from our lexicon. What we need to do is tailor the workout appropriate for each person. The muscle up is never in the repertoire. It's not a piece of what we're trying to get him to do. We don't want this to be a three minutes low hert rate workout. We want this toBe ten minutes of sweat it out. So if we scale the workout, we're missing the stimulus of what the tracts are intended to deliver. They're there to lose 75 pounds. And whance you understand that paradise, the scaling thing goes awayt there is no scaling.
