When you have more time, you can spend a little bit of time doing non-pure diligence. By the time you get to sign up to the purchase agreement, when you're rushing, you don't know as much about them. So now you've got a lot of ketchup to do. And if the clothes is tight, maybe there's no regulatory or anything and it's tight, you better be really focused.
