How Do You Approach It With Ultra Athletes?

Lewis James: I try to get as much of it going back to my earlier point with you're trying to get everything out of the way as early as possible. And if they're a lead athlete, then there's kind of like no excuse and we have the full range. So that's my first step is to try to get some sort of graded sweat test across reasonable conditions for most athletes. Once the wearables come out, game changer in terms of managing real time performance, because we can get a decent gauge of it in training.
