The Importance of Timing in Sport
There's a few overlaps between sort of the science and personal preference and practicality there's a big thing there which I thought was extremely interesting. We have done a little bit of work in terms of the timing of eating in terms of optimizing recovery we've looked at glycogen depletion and how we can prevent that with carbohydrate etc so nutrient timing in sport has been integrated quite a bit but probably not as much in everyday persons overview of when they should eat because we don't give guidelines our dietary guidelines don't say when to eat maybe a little bit. There is merit as to why breakfast is being suggested as to trying to introduce some energy earlier in the day rather than backing back ending per se
