Are You Eating Too Many Calories?
When i'm in full blown training, eating four o five thousand calories in a day. Sometimes it's like you just eating so much volume of food that theres you're gong to hit your recommendations. So at lest getting some of the healthy micro nutrients of these other other means. I was either thinkng o bout carrying some or incorporating into thethis formula mix that we're making. It might be worth considering, depending on how much it weighs and how illogistically challenging it is.
