As an individual contributor at that point in my career, my days were full with sitting with my sellers and these are back in the pre COVID days where we were in the office. I would observe them on phone calls. I would sit outside the room when they would have customer meetings or even sit inside the room during customer meetings to understand what that dynamic looked like how that was going. That feedback loop is what really built a lot of credibility as an individual contributor.
