When We're in a Recession, What Happens?
A lot of tech companies that are valued at a billion, two, three billion dollars have layoffs. You hear about workforce as being cut by 20, 30, 40% sometimes. Even if in the contract, let's say somebody has signed up for $2 million over two years, and now they've slashed 80% of their workforce. My philosophy is as a good faith partner, you should actually try and renegotiate with them.
