Are You Listening to Dissent?

In many organizations, the top of the house makes an edict and doesn't want to hear dissent. And as a result, people do disproportionate things to get something done that might have given a different solution. You need to give people voice for their frustration. They're being there exhausted so that maybe what the answer is. We've got to hear dissent on our way to finding bolder resolution.
