A lot of identity for other generations was attached to a career and so even in some of my adult clients without that career they don't know who they are. In their mind they have to pick something and it has to be the right thing and there's like almost like black and white like just no going back from it. A lot of teens come home with anxiety when they get to college, Mike O'Neill says. They can't keep moving forward if they're afraid of failure which more often than not is the case.
