How to Fast for a 36 Hours

The one thing about going to a 36 hour fast, one meal a day is 24 hours. If you actually omit that meal, it's interesting because say you normally eat dinner at like seven o'clock. You don't feel any different than any other day because your body has taken the calories it needs from your body fat. There are people with like 8% body fat, but I do like a five day fast every month. Why would you want to do that? It's not historical. Nobody has done that in the past. And then you're doing it because you're an extremist. Sometimes you only need it two or three times a week.
