You can set up your workout in a way that keeps the central fatigue to a minimum within the workout by choosing moderate amounts of volume to low volume and then using heavy, heavy sets. Muscle damage is doing more or less the same thing except not quite so effectively, it's just removing my liberals. And obviously, if we move my liberals, we can't actually produce force with them because they're not there. So essentially, you know, I feel like I have to spell this out because of the problem that we tend to see in hypergevulatory not understanding how kind of sort of generally these things work.
