If you're not improving your pace at that intensity over time, then you likely are doing something a little bit wrong. Same thing with these long intervals. Maybe you're not recovering enough between session. You can use a time trial to help you kind of fine tune that. It's going to be that third intensity that I'm going to have you start with or focus on when we're looking to kind of just simplify things to some degree.
