How to Have the Best Biomechanics in Running

Don't run with a big angle. Don't run as you are sitting, for example, on the chair. Avoid breaking so that foot should be more centered and not too far in front. But what is optimal? I think that's almost an impossible question, at least at this point in time to answer,. at least for me.
