My biggest thing with my morning routine is it gives you a false sense of productivity. Preparing to feel better and feel like working or doing whatever it is you need to do It's a waste of time. My morning routine is literally wake up take a piss brush my teeth Have a coffee and get on my computer and face what I need to do for the day and start workingLike limit how many things you do in the morning before you start doing what's actually gonna get your results. Read a book Journaling making a gratitude list going on a walk None of that is actually gonna get you the results that you want, especially if it's a business related goal All that energy is wasted
