How to Quickly Reduce Knee Pain
There's all these different things that can cause this spike. And so I want to go over some really great exercises to try to very quickly decrease knee pain. These are actually, I'll go into myself as an example during these as well as how they've been like a real time allowed me to keep squatting and it wasn't like I had to modify anything. If you haven't tried these, these are brutal on your quads. But the beautiful thing about them is that they load your quads up hard without really requiring a ton of extra load.
