How Can I Get More People to Fill Out a Survey?
I'm also very lucky there and that are she just transitioned to a different role in the company but our our faculty advisor her name is Maureen Gillespie she is an organizational psychologist. She was able to help me pull some of the bias out of it pulled some of the leading language out of it so that we wound up with this like really solid survey. One thing that we've done is pivot to asking folks directly to do it rather than posting a general post people want to help they're willing to take 10 minutes for anonymous survey. They're usually willing to be like yeah sure I'll answer it I'll take 10 minutes and give you some feedback, he says.
