The dream weaver was a position I added to the restaurant whose only responsibility was to help everyone else on the dining room team bring their ideas to life. When you care enough about someone to listen and then to do something with what you heard it's one of the most powerful gifts you can give them. There's nothing that feels more energizing than seeing the look of complete joy on someone's face when they receive the gift that you're responsible for giving them.
