In theory of course it makes sense you need to make sure you're getting enough macronutrients if muscle building is your goal. But applying them to a human being is just complex and can have that corrosive impact. A very specific example comes up there was a jockey who didn't even trust in a particular professional relationship but he still achieved his goals on a low calorie diet. The experience of eating that food with the protein source and with a balanced array of nutrients is completely different, says Daniels.
