I'm generally pretty skeptical about consumer-based cognitive performance enhancement. There's no point thinking about these kind of eccentric and emerging cognitive performance enhancement strategies if you're not sleeping enough, he says. I think there's potential in nutrition and cognitive performance, absolutely, and some supplements which show promise. But generally speaking, my answers are pretty dull. And again, this is terrible for social media because everybody wants to know about the new app, or the hack, or the supplement.
