The same things can apply to people doing a less aggressive diet as well. It's just people need to have the right tactics around the food, their food choices a and what they're doing. So for me, personly, hen is diting. Those things to me, were pretty optimal in vee come that they werei in a good place, so i dodn't feel ta thing. Slash wrathes calories, and there is no physilogical reason why i should feel hungry. Maybe an emotional thing. Absolutel and that does plain to a lot of people. Youpro i'm assuming that within that thousand calories, it's all real food.
