When i went through this freedom phase, i really pursued early retirement. And the mistake i made with my first company was essentially following the default view of what should be optimized for,. Lik, if you listen to the press, everyone ends up optimizing for scale. But but when you've got the wrong when you're not clear on wha you're optimizing for, it's like you end up taking the wrong job and starting the wrong business is very stressful.

- Talk less and listen more

- Focus on who will be in your meeting and how to maximize the value they receive while there
- Think about learning outcomes - How will you (as the leader) help them be wiser by going to your meetings
