The body is really what stores the drama. If your body doesn't feel safe, it'll still trigger those stressed responses until you give it attention and release it. Once you'v released the energy and process it, theno, you don't get triggered the same way around those types of situations. You're able to give yourself more compassion in those ation. And now you're like, oah, i got rejected at one time, but now i don't get as triggered, and i can put myself out there,. It's so, so interesting.
