How to Build Better Habits
I was excluded from those type of conversations my whole life because I didn't like any type of workout. So picking something that was fun for me and could create more of a community has helped me to stick to the habit. You know, there is no one way to build better habits. There are many ways. And so if you have a bigger tool set, then you're probably in a better position to make some of those changes or build some of those habits. That's just part of what it means to experiment. If you have a willingness to do it,. then you're in a much better position to get results in the long run.
