Using a Three-Point Critical Speed or Critical Power Test

critical speed or critical power is always going to be influenced by the selection of time trials it's no different in cycling or running as well. If you don't have good endurance then the 400-200 test which is the most used CSS test i think is going to give you a critical speed that is too fast so you would potentially be doing a lot of training uh too hard. It even aligns well with lactate from the albeit limited amount of testing that i've done there in swimming.
