The Growth of Genetically Engineered Yeasts
Molly, I wanted to start off then talking about sort of where we are with GMO or genetically engineer yeast. Then we'll get into the terminology methods, regulatory and future impact. So it seems like genetic engineered yeasts have seen really tremendous growth, you know, just even in the last few years. And there's only one other yeast company in the US that is just purely for genetically engineered yeast and that is Berkeley.
