Paul Adams: I don't think these principles apply to every company. We kind of codified over the years based on what we were learning, believe and things like that. There's a direct relationship between project where you follow the principles and the projects that were successful. And so for like, they're it's an interesting question. They sound like three good ones. Let's get them in the wall.
