Cold Calling - How to Get People to Like You

Always asking people for a favour is the easiest way to get somebody to like you. Most people will lean forward to the one where you're asking for help rather than the promotional message. So that's how we're getting in with corporates. I'm probably more sales orientated than I am marketing or anything like that, but when you're doing a cold call, one of the first things you do is you can't sound like a salesman. And then the next part is get them to do this favour for me.
