Is Woop a Good Way to Track Calories Burned?
I've noticed with Woop, sometimes I believe it underestimates how many calories which I burn. It's obviously it's going by what my heart rate is telling the app. So there'll be periods where it's really high, but then it goes right down again. And in some really amazing cases, people have told me that the Woop saved their life because they saw something going on in their data that just didn't make any sense.
