Is Stability a Good Thing?

Stability is extremely important. I focus on it all the time. If you're hypermobile, you obviously want to focus on it. But a majority of the runners do have tight hips and they're unstable. That's just like the general um, i guess, te most common thing i see. Focus more onl the resistance bans and the strengthening,. adding resistance to really be able to stabilize that joint.
