Fasting is like an attitude shift for elite athletes. I've got this kind of clientele in my head of who it is And telling these people that it's good idea not to eat through a few days They will look at me and just think you are not my personal trainer. You're not the right person for me So with my my anti keto and anti fasting kind of message is with them in mind Whereas if I had people that were a lot more performance orientated or physico orientated I could potentially sell a slightly different solution to them.
