How to Compete in Female Bodybuilding
If you are a five two and you're competing in female bodybuilding and you're 30 over, that's probably, that's less than ideal. I don't know if I would consider that someone with obesity or, but I think plot twist. I'm 30 over. That's not perfect. I'd rather start at like 195,. But I've done multiple props where I've started over 200 pounds and things went on. Now you've kind of got two things that I would say, contraindicate, getting right into competing.
