I think making at least a decent first impression with you in the interview process helped to get us to a place where we could co-create those interview assessments together. I'm pretty sure the conversation we had about hiring went something like this, because you know, I read it in the private equity handbook 25 years ago,. And then anybody below that, where can I be helpful? So I find that usually goes very well. But again, part of the decision making process, certainly have a veto, if somebody just doesn't meet the rules and we're way off in terms of our assessment of them.
