Onboarding a New Hire?

For engineers, a great source of inspiration is open source projects that often have important bugs in the project. I think it's worth having a check list that you acrete overtime of he stuff thatyou need to do for on board. The first engineer we start with a blank notion page, sk, ok. They can't wack in to get up ad. Thats the list. But also in subsequent hires or trial project participants, and every time you find something thats not quite wright any more, likes a new account that needs to be added,. And then eventually the scope of responsibility is going to keep growing.
