How to Fast for a Full Night of Sleep

With regard to fasting. If I'm going to do, let's say doc, I'm looking at a 12 hour window to a 16 hour window. Some people will do it at 14 hours, especially if they're fasted overnight and they've worked out. So I like to stay within the 14 ish 14 15 hour window, because it's not too hard to do. And it's much easier to do that in the evening then most people.
