There's another skill that we call attentional control and attentional control. You can think about your ability to focus as having internal and external data points. When you get bored, that could be a cue like, oh, this is a great time for me to work on enhancing that skill. The more you practice it in training, the more you're going to have access to doing it in any other environment.
