Just the awareness of it. Where do you want to be? Like where is the goal? Where's the, where is the optimal place? Do you want to sleep better? Do you think that that would impact your life? Probably first of all, you know, like where do you actually want to be with each of those things and just looking at it? "I've been lucky because my company offers like a 401k and like a bonuses and stuff," he says.
