Why Weight Loss Shouldn't Be the Goal
The goal shouldn't always be to lose weight, but the process. Once you've lost the weight, it's going to take less energy to maintain that body. Weight loss is more of a marker than anything else. Losing to 50 pound weight loss is just the side effect of those changes. Some women hold a live with some women who like, will gain like, eight pounds during certain periods of their phase. They're not gaining 8 pounds of body fat; they're just holding more water and losing water.
